  1. Chris says:

    @truthseeker

    Your understanding of revolution is remarkably infantile. I Stopped watching TV years ago and have been on this site longer than most. Why are you attacking me? Im on your side. It’s obvious that our fascist government is corrupt, but attacking corporations is futile. Corporations do not answer to the people, they answer to the people’s money. Contrarily, the government derives its power from the people. Should the people actually unite with a focus, they may actually achieve ending the federal reserve and reformed legislation that actually holds corporations accoutable. To that effort, I will support wholeheartedly with a stalwart resolve.

    Also the United States government is not a democracy; it’s a republic. Your example is our “republic” in action. Your understanding of our government is suspect.

  2. Truthseeker says:

    Your understanding of US Government is astoundingly childish. You need to turn off your TV and start to listen to & read Alternative News. Have you not been watching any of CMN interviews for the past year?

    Corporations and Banks run this government by proxy and you do not have a voice unless you have a million dollars to contribute to the narcissistic representation in Washington. If you do not understand how corporations corrupt and control this government, I suggest you watch or read some of John Perkins and Jonathon Emord’s material on the web and Amazon.com.

    This is the people’s movement that simply wants a future to look forward to and a government to actually represent them. That will only happen when we End the Federal Reserve (Private owned and controlled by Europeans, mainly in the City of London) and enforce true corporate regulation without their phony regulation that they virtually control through legislation written behind closed doors in conjunction with corporate lobbyist.

    90% of the politicians do not even read the bills, because they have went from 10-20 pages to 2000 pages and given to them 12 housr before they are instructed to vote.

    There’s your democracy in action…

  3. Chris says:

    The occupy wall street protesters are not going to be effective if they continue to act and say crazy things. Their demonizing of corporations rather than the corruption in government will be seen as it should as ridiculous. To the occupy wall street’ers: protest the corruption in government with your voice and protest what grievances you have with corporations with your dollar.

    • Wayne says:

      What Truthseeker said is right on. Use meditation or some other stillness practice to go inward. Over time, the truth you will find.

      • Chris says:

        Perhaps you miss my point also. I dont disagree with Truthseeker. My point is this: we will be ineffective attempting to change corporate power unless we change the government that represents them.
