It’s a weather report from Kevin Lollis on Medford, Oregon Channel 10, KTVL, in which Lollis actually identifies a band of clouds as man made chemtrails. Aired April 9th, 2010. His actual remarks were:
“Well to our North, in Southern Oregon and Northern California, we’ve got a bit of an unusual situation. Now this first portion of the radar cycle [is] fairly bland and typical.
“But then you see these bands of very distinct cloud cover moving into the region. That is not rain. That is not snow.
“Believe it or not, military aircraft flying through the region [are] dropping chaff. Small bits of aluminum. Sometimes it’s made of plastic, even metallicized paper products. But it’s used as an anti-radar issue. And obviously they are up there practicing.
“Now they won’t confirm that but I was in the Marine Corps for many years and I’ll tell you right now that’s what it is.”
No matter what the purpose, the ability to drop “stuff” into the air to affect a very large area is a questionable practice and why would they be dropping anti-radar over this area? Even if there is a perfectly valid explanation, the means is now proven. They can dump chemicals and particles into the atmosphere above populated areas.
How would you explain the white ‘clouds’ that result from multiple jets passing over on a perfectly clear day in Northern California, which then result in a hazy cloud cover for the following few days, sometimes resulting in rain. If it was purely for weather modification and for assisting agriculture and the environment, why are there no federal, state or county records of this activity? Who is paying for it? If it is part of a federal weather modification program, where is the evidence?

Wow! Thank You Kevin Lollis…Very, very refreshing, and appreciated !!!
Ahh …. he’s not talking about chemtrails. That’s a whole different “stuff”, supposedly being used for “weather modification”.
