An informative interview.Mr.Sivalelli comes across as genuine & quite honest with his theories/opinions concerning “the bigger picture”.His book Ambassadors to the Stars is a compelling read…Especially if you’ve always felt there’s something else going on here… He opened my eyes to some new ways of thinking.
    Thanks Mr. Sivalelli

To the issue of food, allergies, autoimmune diseases, etc. I’d like to make a comment. If we look at out bodies as a gift from the creator, something that makes it possible for us to incarnate, it becomes a truly blessed gift worthy of the highest gratitude. It is my belief that it is our responsibility to care for this gift in the best way possible. This means that we live in harmony and balance with our self and environment, mentally, emotionally physically and spiritually. To ignore the physical needs when we have been gifted a body demonstrates ignorance or a lack of appreciation.

Science and medicine have only begun to scratch the surface of the beautiful creation and it’s complexity that we refer to as our body. Modern medicine is excellent for trauma but is challenged to cure a chronically ill body. If someone does the work, spiritual changes can catalyze miraculous healing. Yet many do not want to do the work and are only looking for a quick fix. If you are feeding yourself donuts, coffee, fast food, and not taking the time to eat in a calm atmosphere, you are short changing your body. Just like our cars, the physical structure needs certain things to function properly. Additionally, it is hard to do the spiritual work if you are out of balance due to improper eating. If we look to the diets of our ancestors we see a big contrast to today’s modern diet. Problems show up in our bodies, if not immediately, over time as well as in the health we pass on to our offspring.

Many have lost the spiritual connection with our food, the lovely plants and animals that unselfishly share their lives with us so we can live. We are also challenged with something that has not happened in any recorded history – massive pollution, EMF, depleted soils, genetically modified foods, foods available out of season and not from our local environment, bodies filled with quick fix chemicals rather than the plants and herbs we have evolved with over thousands of years. One only has to look at the carving of the Grand Canyon to realize that evolution is slow yet our bodies have been challenged to adapt to massive changes in a very short period of time.

If you want to support your body so it runs like the fine tuned instrument that it is designed to be, the following resources will support you on your path. Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston Price, The Blood Type Diet by Peter D’Adamo, the principles of Ayur Veda such as eating local food in season and according to ones dosha. Highly beneficial are fermented foods such as yogurt, kefir, sauerkraut, kombucha, kimchi, etc. They can be easily made at home which guarantees that they will be fresh and full of life. A great resource for traditional nutrition information is the Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation. If you follow their principles in combination with the philosophy of Ayur Veda and the blood type diet, you will maximize your nutrient intake. This support will carry into your spiritual work.

Some of us have more health problems than others. We may have elected to learn lessons and gain knowledge through these challenges. There are also those annoying astrological transits that trigger issues too. Frustrating at times, these lessons learned the hard way are often the best learned lessons. Since most of us are not yet beams of consciousness, in the mean time, we can enjoy feeding our body wonderfully nutritious food!
