I learned to keep a deam journal as part of the Progoff (Depth Psychology) Intensive Journaling Program. Keeping a dream journal over time helps one identify themes and patterns not available in a single dream.
I very much enjoyed the Robert Moss interview and look forward to reading his books and perhaps attending one of his workshops to broaden my knowledge on a fascinating topic.

I thank CMN & Regina for the great interview!

Another great thing about lucid dreaming is becoming more clear when your dreams are being infiltrated from other beings/people.

In the last year, my dreams have become my main outlet for direct spiritual experiences which previously had occurred for me while meditating. I have been led to understand the differences in brain wave frequencies and what experiences occur under differing frequencies.
Interestingly theta and delta frequencies produce mystical experiences which are naturally occurring in the sleep state. I was very interested to hear Robert Moss talk about “lucid dreaming” as my guide told me that lucid dreaming was not the “holy grail” (name given) of dreams; but rather
the direct experience that allows for greater wisdom as “shamanic dreaming”.

This was perhaps my favorite interview on CMN thus far. I don’t go in much for high flying spiritual acrobatics or new age hysteria, what always moves me is hearing someone in touch with certain profound “soul realities” but in a grounded, pragmatic way, a way which feels inclusive and accessible to all. In under an hour Robert Moss put into perspective not only the critical importance of dreams to the individual’s soul life, but also the necessity for society to value their dreamers and the service they provide. A truly visionary interview. Makes me proud to be a dreamer and motivates me to get to work!

Thank you for this wonderful reminder or the healing power in our dreams, for our Self, the Planet and all humanity.
As a child I was once ‘caught’ by my grandfather spinning round and round, jumping on my bed then falling backwards… he asked what I was doing, and I told him, “I’m starting the roller-coaster into my dreams”.
I also used to press my hands against eyeballs, and open them, staring into the darkness untill “morphing” geometric patterns emerged.
I was embarrassed about my seemingly strange behaviour and never told anyone, in my early teens I didn’t remember my dreams.
At the age of 16, I met a very special lady who taught me to meditate, and I began to “journey” into the dreamworld again.
In my 20 s I began to receive words apparently of ancient cultures, I doubted this could be the case, and even convinced myself, I was forcing my research to suit my dreams.
Now 30, I had strayed off spiritual course for 2-3 years, having had a traumatic experience following the birth of my son.
In a wake-up call recently, and through watching this channel, I have been able to claim back my power, and affirm to myself, that I am a natural shaman, like we all can be, and that there is a purpose for us all.
Watching Robert, has brought such clarity to the exact ways for us to reconnect and empower ourselves through our dreams.
I hope many who watch this interview are as moved as I am.

    ALL LOVE <3

I also wanted to say, how in adulthood, I have now learned of perception shifting techniques used by shamans and Yogis similar to the ones which came naturally to me. I have also learned of many other friends, who embarrassingly admit to similar childhood experiences once I speak of them. I have learned that all this seems to change for young children when they enter into secondary education, as the brain is ‘programed’ differently. We must all be bold in discussing our dreamworld experience, as collectively, we have such an ability to reach into and understand the alternate realms.

How timely this interview was for me. About a month ago I started keeping a dream journal after having read SETH, DREAMS AND PROJECTIONS of CONSCIOUSNESS by Jane Roberts. I would highly recommend all of the SETH books to anyone who is exploring the nature of Consciousness.
SETH gave specific instructions and techniques to enhance our abilities to recall our dreams.
“The dream state, however, does operate as a rich web of communication between probable selves and probable existences. All probabilities spring from inner reality, from the psyche’s own inner activity and structure.”

And what’s even more amazing to me is that just three days ago, prior to knowing of and viewing this interview, I started to read “Conscious Dreaming” by Robert Moss, (spurred by the SETH material), which had been resting in my bookshelf for several years.
I am continuosly in awe of and grateful for the goodness of the Universe.
And Thank you Regina and Scott for your work that helps enlighten so many!
