I love this woman she is incedibly stong minded & an inspiration to all those who are on this journey of life. The strenght we gain from each other is part of wholeness back to our darma’s… freewill does not always mean we choose the right path in life… Abuse from another so called human being can be too overwhelming for those weak willed to cope with that particular experience for example a teenager… They are so vunerable & need so much love & support… People like Cynthia give hope to those who can’t find that strenght within to break free from negative past behaviours… Love to you Conscious Media.. X You always council my psyche when I need that realigning back to my sanity…
This was an OUTSTANDING Interview……
I to have come from 4 generations of abuse (Physical, Emotional,Sexual). I am a product of incest and have sever sadistic and ritual abuse on top of physical and sexual abuse 2m to 6 years :(. I am now 30.
With the work of a long standing therapist, a Shaman, and a coach I am coming into my soul power :).
I do EFT (Emotional freedom technique)as well Reiki.
Cynthia hit IT on the head. The energetic energy, forgiveness, talking to her passed on father, listening to your body like a exhale feeling, the solar plexus area tightness ( I would refer to the feeling of being sucker punched and getting my wind knocked out).
So true.
With the help of 2 dear people, I have also had a experience with my grandfather/father who passed on.
