“And the truth shall yet you free” is a saying that we have all heard, but the challenge is in identifying what is truth for us. Of the nearly seven billion people on this planet are seven billion perceptions of truth.
The complication is that what has become our truth is often no more than a manipulation of our consciousness through structures such as media, religion, race, culture and geography. In this month’s Fifth Element Regina is suggesting that our highest good can only come from identifying our own truth for ourselves. To do otherwise leaves us in a state of perpetual disharmony within, which can only leave us vulnerable to more manipulation from the outside.
Happy Holidays.
Truly an inspired talk.
We forget the power of the
unseen helpers awaiting our
request for guidance.
Great reminder, thank you
for your eloquent reminder.

This is a wonderful chat and makes so much sense. Our hearts have been with us all the time and totally true to us. I agree that whenever we feel incongruent within our selves, our circumstances, relationships, whatever, that we are not honouring that truth that is US. Instead we are bowing before fallacies and stories (mental constructs) that don’t have the solid, continuous base of our hearts.
I have been pfaffing around looking for some answers outside of myself that keep eluding me. You are right! Going to my heart with the question and waiting for its answer or the answers that come to it from the Greater Truth, does definitely bring the indescribable joy that only Truth can bring.
Thank you so much.

Hello Regina,
I havent been able to find the email facility on CMN to be able to send you a email. I am currently a Masters Student in Aotearoa New Zealand. My thesis is about The Infinite Wisdom of the Tohunga Ahurewa [ Architects of Infinite Wisdom in New Zealand]. I wanted to ask permission to be able to use some of the information in the transcripts to be able to support my findings. So I have been looking for a email to be able to send you a email. If you get this my email is tngaropo@hotmail.com. Thanks. Lok forward to hearing from you.
