EMF readings from a non-hybrid car

Since the interview with Donna Fisher and Dave Stetzer, we decided to measure the EMF readings for a non-hybrid card.

A friend of ours has a 2007 Toyota Matrix base model, a small four door car that is not a hybrid. I decided to do some base readings on non-hybrid cars to compare to readings from a Prius or other hybrids and these are the readings. (The Prius readings will be posted later).

These were taken with a TriField meter, one of the more popular models available at a reasonable cost of about $150.

As you will see, the readings are high, especially at head level for the driver (as shown in the picture with the sun visor showing). Remember that the ‘safe’ level for milligauss is 3 or under, ideally 1 or under.

We would appreciate anyone who has the ability to take readings with such a meter to send us their findings.

Passenger seat: Reading = 3 milliguass

The main difference is that in a non-hybrid car, there are no readings from the back seats, whereas in a hybrid car there are, due to the location of the batteries. These may be different depending on the manufacturer.

Driver’s torso: 1.0
Driver’s right foot (pedal): 12
Passenger head: 0.5
Passenger torso: 1.3
Passenger right foot: 100+

Radio/CD (below main panel): 100
Back seat: 0.4 – 0.5

    Answer to Marty’s question:

    I like the Tri-Pack very much. Another product that I use along with Tri-Packs and “Electronic Smog Buster” beads, that you mentioned is a Total Shield. You can find information on it at: http://www.cutcat.com/item/Total_Shield/570 .

    I use one for my house–near where the electricity enters the house, but I have suggested it to be used near the computer for people who work on the computer all day. Another product that is excellent, but not what I need is a RadiTech. It addresses Geopathic Stresss more than Dirty Electricity, but it’s good.     I saw your interview with Stetzer and heard the comment on the hybrid cars. I had to laugh when I this saw blog. I had a feeling you weren’t going to let that get by.

    Any idea why the non-hybrid figures are higher (much higher) than the hybrid figures?

      The non-hybrid readings are definitely higher in the dash area by the radio (even when it isn’t switched on) but the main difference we see is in the footwell area when the engine is running on the hybrid models. These go from 2 to 30 when when running. The non-hybrid is 27 in the footwell but as the engine is always running it will remain the same all the time.

      I intend to post the readings from the back seat when the car is running to show the marked difference there.

    Make sure that if you are using crystals that you clear them every once in awhile because this energy you are trapping can build up inside of them. Once easy way to do this is to let them sit out in the sun for a few hours.

      I have not used the Tri-packs but I use the crystal catalyst beads, 3 hole & star 3 hole protectors on my computer and router, and I wear a pendant. I also grid with crystals-many crystals block and/or neutralize EMF and geopathic stress. All this seems to help. I work at home, all day on the computer. How do you like the Tri-packs? I was looking at them on their website the other day.
